I've been harmed by both traditional and alternative medicines too many times than necessary, as have many others.
I’m sorry to hear that. There’s just so much out there and everybody is different with how they respond to certain remedies. Yes. Absolutely. Everyone is different. Even the doses they give as prescriptions can sometimes be too much or not enough for a patient. I wouldn't ban either. It clearly has wonderful benefits. I hope you have a lovely week and weekend too! Hugs.
Yes! Maybe the kava bartender told us it was kratom, I can't recall. But either way, we had no idea what it was or what it did. Certainly would not have drank it if we were fully aware.
